Update on Bylaws vote
The Board made a motion to postpone the vote on the Bylaws until the additional issue raised regarding the Marketable Record Title is addressed with the individual homeowners.
Public Meeting for Longwood Hills Sidewalk Project
Seminole County is seeking public input on the Longwood Hills Road Sidewalk Project and the EE Williamson Road – Rangeline Road Intersection Study. Individuals with a vested interest are invited to attend a public meeting to discuss the project’s design and study.
Vote on the proposed Bylaws
The Member vote for the Bylaws will take place during the Annual Members meeting on January 11th, 2018, at the Longwood City Commission Chambers located at 175 West Warren Avenue in Longwood. The annual meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the voting will occur at or about 7:30 p.m. This vote will pertain only to the proposed “Amended and Restated Bylaws of Hidden Oak Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.”.

New Covenants Progress Update
Due to unclear direction from the Florida district courts regarding homeowners associations that have been in existence for more than 30 years. The Board of Directors has voted to revitalize our original covenants as advised by the HOA attorney.
