Below you will find the updated and final document versions of the proposed new Bylaws and Covenants.
The committee, which worked with our outside attorney to draft the proposed bylaws and covenants, worked as a team for over 4 years to come up with these new documents.
Thank you to those who attended our June special meeting, your feedback was greatly appreciated. As a result, the following changes have been made to the Declarations;
p16; transfer fee changed to $250.00
p28; (c) 14 days changed to 30
p31; (2) deleted last sentence of paragraph
p34; (16) changed November 15th to November 1st
p36; (7) third line from the end, changed (6) to (7)

We will need to obtain 75% of the HOA members in order to approve the new Bylaws and Covenants. This vote will take place on August 5th, at the Longwood Commissioners Chambers, at 1pm.
While we hope that our members will be able to vote in person, if you are unable to attend the Aug 5th meeting, we will be going door-to-door with proxies in advance, so we can have the required forum.
UPDATE: The August 5th meeting has been cancelled, and will be rescheduled for a new date/time.
