Hidden Oak Estates and the Amendment Committee have put in many hours into drafting new Bylaws and Covenants for our HOA. The Board has approved these documents and they are available now for members to review.
It’s been almost 30 years since the HOA has updated it’s Bylaws and Covenants. Similarly to revisions done to State, County, and City laws, we should also update our Bylaws to stay current with our evolving society. We will be holding two special meetings on the new Bylaws and Covenants. The first meeting will be a question and answer meeting in June. During the June meeting, the HOA attorney will be present. The second meeting will be held in August. The August meeting will be a final discussion meeting where the HOA members will vote on these amended documents.
Please review these new documents, and plan to join us for discussions and voting at the Longwood Commissioners Chambers on June 3rd, and August 5th, both at 1pm.
