Yard of the Month

We are thrilled to announce the relaunch of our Yard of the Month program, which recognizes homeowners in our community who have gone above and beyond to maintain their yards and keep them looking beautiful. We have made some added improvements to the program to make it even more exciting and rewarding.

• The Hidden Oak Estates Board of Directors will now select the monthly winner.
• Each award winner will now receive a gift certificate for $25 from the Homeowners Association as well as an official “Yard of the month” sign to proudly place in their yard for the duration of the month.
• Winners will be announced at the next Regular Homeowners’ Meeting and a picture of their home is displayed on this website so everyone can see the beauty they have created.

Nominations

We encourage homeowners to nominate themselves or their neighbors who have gone above and beyond in maintaining their yard. To ensure fairness and consistency in the selection process, we have established some guidelines for submitting nominations:

• Nominations can be submitted via email to the Homeowners Association at board@hiddenoakestates.com with the subject line “Yard of the Month Nomination.”
• The nomination must include the nominee’s name, address, photo of the front yard, and a brief description of why the yard deserves to be recognized.
• All nominations must be received by the 30th of each month to be considered for the following month Yard of the Month award.

We encourage all homeowners to take pride in their yards and maintain them to the best of their abilities. By doing so, we can work together to make our community a beautiful place to live. We look forward to receiving your nominations and recognizing the hard work and dedication that goes into creating a beautiful outdoor space.
