The Board would like to advise the HOA members of the possibility of mortgage documents requiring the borrower to give notice to the lender and receiving consent for the new covenants. Your mortgage may or may not include this language, check your documents to be sure. Each homeowner may decide for themselves whether or not to contact their lender or attorney for interpretation.
