Dear Hidden Oak Estates Homeowners,
As we close out 2025, I’m grateful for the progress made this year and the strong cooperation across our community.
Financial Stewardship – We maintained sound financial management, completing essential projects while controlling costs. Your 2026 assessment dues will not increase, and funds continue to be managed responsibly.
Infrastructure & Maintenance – Storm drainage at the front entrance park was restored, protecting nearby homes and maintaining proper pond capacity.
Beautification – Three new trees were planted, landscaping was refreshed at the front entrance pond, and common area signage was updated.
Entrance Sign Project – Our primary project this year is nearly complete. With only finishing touches remaining, we remain under the $23,000 budget and expect to finalize everything by year end.
Community Standards – Walk-throughs helped identify maintenance and safety needs, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Quarterly reviews will continue in 2025 to keep the neighborhood aligned with covenant standards.
Volunteer Opportunities – Two Board positions will be open in 2026, and we welcome volunteers for the Architectural Control, Welcome, and Beautification committees. Even a small-time commitment supports meaningful progress, including projects like the quarterly e-newsletter and homeowner directory.
As we move into 2026, the Board will remain focused on responsible budgeting, maintenance planning, community standards, and clear communication. Thank you to our Board members for their ongoing service. I look forward to continuing our work of strengthening and beautifying Hidden Oak Estates.
